Kansei Demo help?

While I was playing the Kansei demo, at the beggining where the boy and girl were talking and after the girl said 'Don't worry, you're not gonna lose me anytime soon." the game quited and this message popped up.

Is there something i could do so i can play the Kansei demo?

Have you tried reinstalling the demo? It could be that your system overlooked something in the installation or maybe your download was interrupted and you need to download it again.
